The research experience is for 10 weeks during the Summer. Stipends (financial assistance for living expenses) are approximately $4000. Student projects are designed to give the student an in-depth, hands-on exposure to biomedical research. It is expected that the student will provide a one-page summary of the Summer experience to the program director within 30 days after completion of the project. In addition, the student will present his/her research at a local research forum at the University of Louisville.
